Following the Government’s announcement of new national restrictions in England from 5th November, we wanted to reassure you that the Motability Scheme will remain open, and here at Fairfield we will continue to support customers who need assistance during this time.

There will be some impact on our customers needing assistance. Please see below how we are doing our best to keep you on the road throughout the Lockdown period:

Our showrooms will be physically closed from the 5th November; however, our sales team will available to take all enquiries by phone or email.

Our Service & M.O.T centre will be operational as normal, following the UK Government guidelines and social distancing measures.

Handovers will still be operational as our sales team will be here to facilitate the collection process. This will be done so following social distancing measures in a Covid-safe environment.

If you are coming to the end of your current Motability lease and you are not able, or do not wish, to place a new application at this time we will automatically extend your lease for six months if the vehicle is not returned to us. This is the case even if you have already had a lease extension due to the COVID situation. You will also automatically receive a Certificate of Motor Insurance or a temporary cover note from RSA Motability (RSAM) covering this six-month period. You can place a new order, or return your car, at any point during this six-month lease extension

Fairfield is still fully operational with the only difference being, our lovely showrooms, with the warm welcome from our showroom host and refreshment stations will not be available, we will reinstate as soon the government allows.
